Economy Shipping and Free Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact support@nightlightscompany.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to provide any expedited shipping options at this time.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At Night Lights Company, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof is provided to us within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered so we can make it right.
If you wish to exchange your candle for another product of the same price, please return your current candle to us within 7 days of delivery. Once received, we will reach out to you for further clarification regarding your exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs when sending your candle back to us.
